«ارزیابی قلبی ایمنشی» یک ابزار کمک‌تصمیم برای پزشکان است. معادلات منتشرشده‌ی گایدلاین‌ها (PREVENT، SCORE2، Globorisk، SMART2، CKD-EPI) را با ورودی‌هایی که شما وارد می‌کنید محاسبه می‌کند. نتیجه جایگزین معاینه، قضاوت بالینی و گایدلاین‌های معتبر نیست و تصمیم درمانی همیشه با پزشک است.

برای شمارش تعداد محاسبه‌ها فقط شماره‌ی موبایل شما ثبت می‌شود. هیچ اطلاعات هویتی از بیمار پرسیده یا ذخیره نمی‌شود. اطلاعات محاسبه (اعداد ورودی و نتیجه) در سامانه نگهداری می‌شود.

سهم رایگان ماهانه ممکن است تغییر کند. اشتراک ماهانه با تماس تیم ایمنشی فعال می‌شود. منابع و فرمول هر مدل در صفحه‌ی مدل‌ها آمده است.

Terms of use

Emonshi Heart Risk is a decision-support tool for clinicians. It computes published guideline equations (PREVENT, SCORE2, Globorisk, SMART2, CKD-EPI) from the values you enter. Results do not replace examination, clinical judgment or established guidelines; treatment decisions always rest with the clinician.

Only your mobile number is recorded, to count calculations. No patient identity is asked or stored. Calculation data (entered values and results) is retained in the system.

The free monthly quota may change. Monthly subscriptions are activated by the Emonshi team. Sources and formulas for every model are listed on the models page.
